group permission settings, you can delete any group except the administrator group.
Add user: You can choose to add user to any group except the administrator. You can
set permissions lower than or equal to its group permissions for each user. User names and
group names cannot be the same. Username is up to 20 alphanumeric characters, case
sensitive.
Modifying User: You can modify the user name and user permissions. You can also
delete a user.
Change Password: change user password.
To add a user group "a", and the new user "a" added to the new group "a", no password
administrator user as an example:

Click "Add Group" button, the new group "a", and to give all permissions and save

Click "Add User" button, the new user name "a", and affiliated groups "a", save

In the view of new groups and user name
