ULYSSE NARDIN CERTIFICATION
Unlike the COSC certificate Ulysse Nardin’s certification does not
only certify the movement performance but the timepiece as a
whole (after setting the dial and hands and encasing). Its rigid tests
are a testimonial to the skills of Ulysse Nardin’s watchmakers and
engineers.
PRECISION
Precision and average daily rate depend on the activity of the
person wearing the instrument. Violent shocks or knocks - quite
common in tennis or golf - should be avoided to prevent shaking
that may loosen certain parts.
MAINTENANCE
All mechanical watches should have their movements cleaned
and the oil replaced every 3-5 years. The life span of any mecha-
nical timepiece will primarilly depend upon both daily care and the
recommended routine maintenance. We strongly encourage you
to have your timepiece serviced only at official authorized Ulysse
Nardin After Sales departments. For additional information
