To extend:
Relieve the fi xing strap with one hand and
hold the adjustment buckle horizontally to the belt with
the other hand. This releases the lock and the webbing
can be adjusted by pulling on the fi xing strap or will
lengthen under the load (Fig. 8). Once the desired length
has been reached, let go of the buckle so that the fi xation
is active again.
4.3b Length adjustment of the pulley
The pulley system allows you to adjust the stretcher from the horizontal to the vertical
position and back again, even under load. This requires the correct adjustment of the
strands.
The pulley system has a locking system with 2
positions:
Position 1: Clamping mechanism locked.
In this position, the strap length cannot be extended,
but only shortened (Fig. 9).
Position 2: Clamping mechanism unlocked.
Before unlocking the clamp, please make
sure that the guide rope is held in place,
otherwise the outside of the basket
stretcher will be quickly lowered.
In this position, the rope length can be extended.
