. Ul timate garantis c e c he, ne l c aso in c ui durante i l periodo di garanzia de l prodotto dovessero
ne c essario, sostituito gratuitatamente da Ul timate. La garanzia non sar à ovviamente va l ida in
presenza di una natura l e usura.
2. I n c aso di ri c orso a ll a garanzia, i l prodotto deve essere c onsegnato a Ul timate a cc ompagnato
da ll a prova di a cq uisto origina l e ( fattura, s c ontrino di c assa o ri c evuta ) . La prova di a cq uisto
deve riportare c hiaramente i l nome de l fornitore e l a data di a cq uisto.
3. La garanzia Ul timate non sar à va l ida nei seguenti c asi :

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN

. Ul timate garandeert, dat indien gedurende de garantieperiode van het produ c t gebreken
optreden, die het gevo l g zi j n van materiaa l- en / of fabri c agefouten, het produ c t ter beoorde l ing
aan Ul timate koste l oos wordt herste l d of zonodig vervangen. D e garantie ge l dt uitdrukke l i j k
niet voor normaa l voorkomende s l i j tage.
2. I ndien op de garantie een beroep wordt gedaan, dient het produ c t aan Ul timate te worden
aangeboden onder over l egging van de origine l e aankoopbon ( fa c tuur, kassabon of kwitantie ) .
U it de aankoopbon dienen duide l i j k de naam van de l everan c ier en de aankoopdatum te
b l i j ken.
3. D e Ul timate garantie verva l t :
- indien het produ c t niet vo l gens de gebruiksaanwi j zing is geboord, gemonteerd en gebruikt ;
- indien aan het produ c t door anderen dan Ul timate veranderingen zi j n aangebra c ht of
reparaties zi j n uitgevoerd ;
- indien een gebrek het gevo l g is van externe ( buiten het produ c t ge l egen ) oorzaken zoa l s
bi j voorbee l d b l iksemins l ag, waterover l ast, brand, krassen, b l ootste ll ing aan extreme
temperaturen, weersomstandigheden, op l osmidde l en of zuren, verkeerd gebruik of
ona c htzaamheid ;
- indien het produ c t wordt gebruikt voor andere apparatuur dan is verme l d op of in de
verpakking.

2. U m einen A nspru c h auf G arantie ge l tend zu ma c hen, muss das Produkt an Ul timate eingesandt
werden, wobei der O rigina l-K aufbe l eg (R e c hnung, K assenbon oder Q uittung ) beizufügen ist.
A us dem K aufbe l eg müssen der N ame des Fa c hh ä nd l ers und das K aufdatum k l ar ersi c ht l i c h
sein.

- wenn das Produkt ni c ht na c h der G ebrau c hsan l eitung gebohrt, montiert und verwendet wird ;
- wenn am Produkt von anderen a l s Ul timate Ä nderungen vorgenommen oder R eparaturen
ausgeführt werden ;
- wenn ein M ange l die Fo l ge ä u ß erer ( d.h. au ß erha l b des Produkts l iegender ) U rsa c hen ist,
wie zum B eispie l Bl itzeins c h l ag, W assers c h ä den, Feuer, K ratzer, A ussetzen an extreme
T emperaturen, W etterverh äl tnisse, L ö sungsmitte l oder Sä uren, unsa c hgem äß e V erwendung
oder Fahr lä ssigkeit ;
- wenn das Produkt für andere G er ä te, a l s auf der V erpa c kung angegeben sind, verwendet
wird.

l a preuve d ’ a c hat origina l e ( fa c ture, ti c ket de c aisse ou q uittan c e ) . La preuve d ’ a c hat doit
cl airement mentionner l e nom du fournisseur et l a date d ’ a c hat.
