what should i do if the water filter drips after use?
Do not worry. After filtration, a small amount of water always runs out of the
filter, because the filter cartridge has very small filter pores. This is for safety
reasons. It does not mean that something is damaged or incorrectly fitted.
Have i done something wrong if the adjustable discharge is stiff to move?
With this type of product, it is unfortunately inevitable that the adjustable
discharge will sometimes be stiff to move. This is not a product defect, and
the water filter can be operated entirely normally.
i can hear a clicking sound inside – is something loose in the filter?
If you shake the UJETA filter, you will hear a clicking sound. This is a quality fea-
ture of the UJETA water filter. It is the installed organic rock crystals. These act
to vitalise the filtered water.
