Operation
Before first use

Unpack the appliance.

Insert a battery into the battery compartment

Using the appliance

Place the appliance on a hard and even surface.
Do not use the appliance on a rug or other soft surface.

Fit the measuring cup

A characteristic “click” will indicate that the measuring
cup has been fitted properly.

Press the On/Off button
to switch on the
appliance.

Wait until the display shows “ ”.

Select your desired unit (see “Selecting weight
units”).

Place products in the measuring cup (do not
overload the appliance; the max. weigh is 3000 g).

Weight of the product will appear on the display in
the selected unit.

When finished weighing, switch off the appliance by
pressing and holding down the On/Off button
for approx. 2 seconds.
Warning indicators
Replace the battery
– the display will show “ ”.
The appliance will switch off automatically after a few
seconds.
Overload indicator
– the display will show “
”.
Remove the product from the weight to avoid damage.
Never put items exceeding the maximum
permissible load of 3000 g (3 kg).

The display will show the “minus” symbol
when using the tare function and after
removing a measuring cup or other
product after resetting the scale.
Functions
Reseting the appliance – tare
When the appliance is on, and the display shows
a different symbol than “ ” press the on/off button
(zero value setting)

to set the zero value.
Automatic switch-off
The appliance will switch off automatically if no
operation is performed for approx. 60 seconds.
It is recommended to switch off the
appliance when finished weighing in
order to maximize the battery life time.
