Remove the shower wall,then attach 3" furring strips on the wall as shown
in the illustration.Install strips in the middle of the wall(as illustrated)to
strengthen the shower wall.
Nail wood pieces to the wall with a hammer,
to reinforce the installation.
Put the shower wall back on the base,then attach the shower wall to
the wood pieces with screws(DD) on the top of the shower wall.

wood as shown in the illustration.
