Can’t connect to your WiFi network?
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the
WiFi set-up. Check your internet connection for issues. Make
sure you are in range of the WiFi router. If your WiFi signal is
not stable, reset your router and try again.
Set-up not working properly?
1.
Close all apps that are running in the background on your
device and then re-open the Smart Life app.
2.
Uninstall and re-install the app and repeat the set-up process.
Lights not responding to the app?
1.
Check to make sure the string lights have not been turned OFF. If
they have, turn them ON and wait until they re-connect automatically.
2.
Check for issues with your internet connection. Reset WiFi router
if necessary and wait until they re-connect automatically.
How many colors are there to choose from?
The Magic Series string lights use RGB and White LEDs allowing
you to choose from millions of colors per light.
