ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT! This pump is made of PTFE,
Fluoroelastomer, polypropylene and 304
stainless steel. Use chemicals compatible with
these materials and follow OSHA guidelines
when using this pump, including proper
grounding and protective gear as required.
For a full list of materials and compatible
chemicals, see uline.com. Unit not UL or FM
approved.
1. Ensure O-Ring (21), piston rod seal (5) and piston rod
nut (4) are properly attached to pump body.
(See Figures 1-2)
2. Using flathead screwdriver and 5/16" wrench,
attach handle lever (6) to pump handle (8). Attach
assembled handle to pump body. Use included nuts
and screws (7). Hand tighten until all three screws
are attached. (See Figures 3-4)
NOTE: You may switch screw position on
the handle to adjust the flow.

3. Put spout (3) through coupling nut (2) and tighten
onto pump body. (See Figure 5)
4. Assemble telescoping tube. Attach upper telescopic
tube (18) to tube (17). (See Figure 6)
5. Screw assembled telescoping tube into pump body.
