6.3 Power Supply for Internal ADC
The internal ADC requires a separate power supply on pin Vcc3A. The power
should be derived from the same source that is used for the gyro. This way, oscilla-
tions of the power source affect the gyro and the ADC and therefore minimize the
negative effects. It is also recommended that Vcc3A is slightly below the power
supplied to module (Vcc).
The following circuit shows an example on how to generate the power for the inter-
nal ADC from a 5V source.
