2.21– Installing the Power Supply  

 
This motherboard requires that you have an ATX12V power supply. The standard ATX12V power 
supply has two power connectors, a 20 -pin ATX connector and an additional 4-pin square 
connector.  The CPU power is provided by the onboard voltage switching regulator which is 
sourced from th e 4-pin square connector. The CPU won't be powered without connecting the 4 -
pin square connector.

NOTE 

YOU MUST

 unplug the power supply before plugging the 20-pin and 4 -pin cables
