a. Insert part

(plastic inside collar) into both ends of the short tube on part

(end angle

tube). Ensure the cut-out detail on the collars aligns with the holes on the short tube.

b. Thread part

(metal stand pipe) through the tube at the bend of part

(end angle tube)

and secure in place with 2 x part

(tri wing hand screws).

c. Attach part

(plastic external collar) by pushing onto both ends of part

(end angle tube).

d. Push to attach part

(plastic stand feet) onto both ends of part

(metal stand pipe).

Ensure that the flat ridged detail is facing the ground.
