Trim Quality is Poor

Possible Causes

• 

The tumbler is not appropriately

The saddle is not

The moisture content of the product is too high.

Solution:

Ensure the tumbler is no less than

If the tumbler is appropriately

 ghten the saddle tensioning knob. Do not over

 ghten the knob as this will put excess stress on the motor.

If

 ghtening the saddle does not improve trim quality, ensure the product has a moisture 

content of 8-10% before trimming.
