At the time of shipment the scale is set to Brix.
When setting a conversion coefficient, release the scale lock.

scale number chosen and it is already locked, another
number other than "[1]" or "-1-" will be displayed.

Press the SCALE button.

button and START/OFF
button simultaneously.
