exclusive liability to the supplier and manufacturer regardless of the
form of action shall not exceed the replacement cost of the materials
described herein.

products, following its policy to modify and/or improve its products
where necessary or desirable. This statement does not affect the
legal rights of the user in any way.
By using this equipment, you have indicated that you have agreed to
the terms listed above. If you do not wish to agree, or the above
terms are contrary to your conditions of purchase, you may return the
equipment, unused, to your supplier.
