OPERATION USE
The detector (BS-660) was created to offer
quick detection in case of fire . The detector
has two parts, one plastic base which is
installed on the ceiling and the main unit of
the detector which is fastened to the base by
a simple turning to the right.
The detector have an indication led which
lights continuously in case of fire detection
until there is a reset signal from the panel.
The indication led also flashes every 4 sec to
indicate good operation.
The detectormust be installed on the ceiling
in a clear and visible area with no obstacles

on the sides. Each detector covers 50 m
approximately and the distance between
two devices must not be more than 15m.
It is suggested that a good operation test
must be conducted every 6 months or after
any position change.
This detector can cooperate with
conventional fire alarm panels like BS-1632,
BS-1636 and BS-1638.
NOTE
The detector BS-660 should be tested with a
hot air blower.
The cable’s cross section must be from 0.5 to
