* Temperatures are measured by 3/16” “K” T/C sensor Part #F039272 mounted inside TC holder #F029485 TC Holder mounted on exit of #F029763 Housing Assembly

• Use of other sensor types and/or locations can result in heater damage if used for process control.

• Minimum airflow for accurate control is 60 SCFH (28 SLPM)

• Maximum air temperature is as listed in table above - Operating above this will void warranty
