Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible Cause

Solution(s)

Pressing any key 
causes a long 
beeping sound

The system has locked because 
the wrong password has been 
entered more than 5 times.

Wait 5 minutes then try again via 
keypad, or use the Turbolock app to 
unlock the TL113.

Low battery warning (3 beeps).

Replace batteries.

Mute Mode is enabled.

Deactivate Mute Mode (Section 8.2).

Can not generate 
temporary keypad 
passcodes from 
app?

For the first time use, didn’t tap 

“Reset Temp Password” (

) 

on the app home screen.

For the FIRST TIME USE: make

 sure the 

app is connected. Tap “Reset Temp 
Password” (

) on the app home 

screen then proceed to generate 
temporary (keypad) passcodes. 

The 300 temporary keypad 
passcodes limit is reached.

If the limit is reached, any new password 
will not allowed to generate. Make sure 
the app is still connected, and tap “Reset 
Temp Password” in the app home screen 
again to generate new passcodes.
