Congratulations! You have purchased one of the most sophisticated and reliable power inverters of the industry.
Incorporating the latest technologies, it will deliver years of trouble free operation for your truck, boat, RV or other “OFF Grid”
system.
In order to get the most out of your inverter, it must be installed and used properly. Please thoroughly read this manual
before installing and using your new inverter.
1. INSTALLATION:
M150
:
Insert the specially designed plug into the cigarette lighter socket of your vehicle. Then push the ON/OFF button
located on the front panel, in order to make it work. A green light will light up to indicate that your inverter is now
ready to provide current. You may now use it.
WARNING!
IT IS EXTREMELY INADVISABLE TO INCREASE THE AMPE
RAGE OF THE “IN-
DASH” FUSE; THIS WOULD OVERHEAT YOUR VEHICLE’S WIRING AND RESULT
IN A FIRE.
M350
:
Total consumption up to 240W
: Most of the vehicle lighter plugs allow a consumption up to 240w (20A @ 12
VDC). Install the specially designed plug to the terminals located on the rear panel of your inverter and insert
the plug into the cigarette lighter socket. Then push the ON/OFF button located on the front panel, in order to
make it work. A green light will light up to indicate that your inverter is now ready to provide current. You may
now use it.
Total consumption up to 350W:
In order to use the inverter at its full capacity, you must use the cables with
the alligator clips or by connecting the inverter permanently to one battery using a good quality AWG #8 cable
and a 30A fuse (12 feet of distance maximum).
CAUTION!
THIS STEP REQUIRES SKILLS AND CAREFULNESS.
CAUTION!
REVERSING THE POLARITY WHEN CONNECTING THE DC CABLES WILL
PERMANENTLY DAMAGE YOUR INVERTER. THIS IS NOT COVERED BY THE
WARRANTY.
2. MAINTENANCE:
An inverter
doesn’t require a lot of maintenance to work properly:
1. With a dry cloth, clean the outside of your inverter and its environment periodically in order to prevent dust
accumulation inside its circuits.
2. Your inverter must never be exposed to any liquids. If this occurs, have it inspected by a qualified technician before
use.
3. DC input bolts must be verified periodically and tightened if necessary.
CAUTION!
MAKE SURE TO UNPLUG YOUR INVERTER FROM ITS POWER SOURCE BEFORE
DOING ANY KIND OF MAINTENANCE.
