Assembly Instructions
1. Attach one wheel (5) to the axle (6) making sure that the circular hollow part at the
centre of the wheel is next to the wheel axle nut.
2. Place axle nut (11) and tighten onto wheel axle (6) on one side only.
3. Introduce the wheel axle into the hole of one foot bar (9) (hole beside the black cap
of the foot bar).
4. Introduce the wheel axle into the bar sheath of the bracket bar (8).
5. Introduce the wheel axle into the other foot bar (9) once again using the hole beside
the black cap.
6. Attach the second wheel to the axle with the circular hollow part at the centre of the
wheel facing outwards.
7. Place axle nut (11) and tighten onto axle. After second nut is in place, tighten nuts
(with a spanner) on both ends. Make sure it’s not too tight to allow wheels rotation.
8 .Insert the gripping bar into the foot bars and align the holes.
9. Turn the bracket bar in order to align the holes at its ends with the holes of the
gripping bar and of the foot bar. The end tabs of the bracket bar must sit on the
outside.
10. Insert the 2 axle screws (10) into the holes attaching a washer on the outside.
Make sure that the screw does not project beyond the limits of the internal hole.
Mount the door (1) (panel with a metal handle) on the open side of the tumbler. The
metal part must be turned towards the lock of the locking panel installed previously.
Insert the door by sliding the flat part of the sides into the slots provided (Figure 6).
Start by inserting one side. Insert the second side by gently pushing the wall outwards.
To remove the door simply reverse this procedure.
