2-5 NEOLIUM SX 5.80m platform assembly
1. Repeat steps §2-1.1 to §2-1.3.
2. Assemble the 3 and 6-rung extensions by following §2-12.
3. Assemble the stabiliser extensions by following §2-3.1.
4. Mount the stabiliser extensions above rung no. 3 and below rung no. 9 by following §2-1.4.
5. Mount the support platform on rung no. 3.
6. Pre-mount the 2 cross braces and fasten them on rung no. 4 of the 2 x 6-rung extensions.
7. Mount the 2 extensions on the scaffolding and pin together with 4 x Ø10 tube-clip pins.
8. Fasten the 2 cross braces on rungs no. 8 by following diagram §2-1.3.
9. Mount the braces on rung no. 11, and the middle rails on rung no. 9, by following §2-1.6.
10. Remove the assembly support platform, then mount the platform on rung no. 7.
11. Put the toeboards into position.
12. Repeat steps nos. 6 -11 by: (no assembly support platform).
a. Fastening the cross braces on rungs no. 14.
b. Mounting the 4 braces on rungs no. 17 and no. 19 with the pole.
c. Mounting the platform on rung no. 15.
d. Putting the toeboards into position.
13. Repeat steps nos. 6 -11 by: (no assembly support platform).
a. Fastening the cross braces on rungs no. 20.
b. Mounting the 4 braces on rungs no. 25 and no. 27 with the pole.
c. Mounting the platform on rung no. 23.
d. Putting the toeboards into position.
Check the stabiliser spacing
by following §2-3.3.
