CONTENT OF FACE PROGRAMS
Tua Face Fitness has five face programs which work out five different facial zones, including
the neck. The duration of each exercise is 120 seconds, that is, 2 minutes. This is the perfect
time to allow for facial wand placement, micro-current intensity selection and workout time
to the area. If you wish to do longer, you can simply repeat the program to the same side,
however, 2 minutes per exercise is sufficient time to achieve great results.

Each face program has its own optimal
micro-current frequency for that facial
area; ie the frequency has been fine-tuned
according to the muscle thickness and
density of that area eg forehead. As you
increase the micro-current intensity, via the
up arrow key, the intensity increases steadily
to the desired setting (via ‘ramping up’),
allowing for a smooth impact on the muscle
as it starts to contract. Each contraction is followed by a set period of recovery.
