Troubleshooting
The Metal Detectors are designed to work reliably and predictably in all normal
conditions. However, it is possible that problems may occur. Please check the following
before contacting technical support:

Will not turn on
Solution
Battery is very low, re-charge using docking station
Problem
Detector is charged, but not detecting
Solution
Bring the detector closer to the item you want to
detect. Remember the mini metal detector must be
moving to detect metal.
