For repair requests, contact Customer Service via email at info@tsovet.com for
a Return Authorization Number.
Ship your watch via UPS, USPS, FED EX, or DHL, and insure your shipment
(do not return the gift box when returning your timepiece for service. It will be
returned C.O.D.).
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Include a copy of your warranty card and receipt showing date of purchase.
Include a copy of the malfunction report (supplied by Customer Service) with
your return. Include your name, phone number, address, and email address.
If your TSOVET watch is not under warranty, you will be responsible for all repair
costs (repair cost schedule available at www.tsovet.com). All out-of warranty
repairs require pre-payment (include a money order payable to TSOVET or pre-
pay online with a credit card).
