Settings
menu is where you can set the general
settings. These include Language, Beeper, Select
Units, Time Constant, Contrast, Set Time, Set
Date, Time Format, Date Format, Number Format,
Backlight, Auto Off. Use the arrow keys to select
an option or to change the settings for each option.
Press the
key to accept settings.
In addition to the general settings, the
Settings
menu also includes RS232 Baud Rate, Deadband
and Headphone Input configuration settings.

The deadband determines the velocity or volume measurement threshold for

, readings down to 0 will be displayed. The default is set to

Headphone Input
The Headphone Input on the side of the meter can be either

. When set to

, the meter will default to Capture Hood mode
when the base switch is connected. When set to
Disabled
, the meter will not
respond to the base switch input.
