The guarantee period is 3 years from the date of purchase.
This includes a 36-month warranty from the date of pur-
chase. This guarantee is valid for the whole of Europe.
The purchase receipt is regarded as proof of purchase.
The customer undertakes to read the instructions carefully
before making a claim under the guarantee/warranty in
order to rule out any operating errors.
The product has been thoroughly checked for quality and
functionality before dispatch. Exclusion of the guarantee
occurs in the following cases:
- in the event of changes to the product without our
approval
- in the event of use other than for the intended purpose
- in the event of defects caused by improper maintenance
and/or repair
- in the event of commercial use of the article
- in the event of damage caused by falling
When making a claim under the guarantee/warranty,
please return the complete product including accessories
in a packaging safe for transport to the point of sale from
which the product was purchased. Describe the existing
defect in the product and enclose the original proof of
purchase with the shipment.
