remove the old software.
The keyboard
layout is incorrect.
The layout has been set
incorrectly.
Change the keyboard layout
by double clicking on the
‘Keyboard’ icon or the
‘Regional Settings’ icon in
the ‘Control Panel’.
The multimedia
keys do not work
with your player.
The keys only work in
Windows Media Player.
Use Windows Media Player.
