Operation

To start the unit, Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
•
Once the unit is on, press the power button to select the massage speed you prefer. The
speeds range from low to high and blue lights indicate the settings.
•
To turn the device off .press and hold the power button again for 2 seconds
NOTE:
The unit is designed to turn off after 10 minutes. Press and hold the power
button for 2 seconds to resume massage.
Massage Heads
To provide a more comfortable massage experience, use each attachment
for it's intended use. With 4 different massage heads for different parts of
the body, each attachment offers a different relaxation technique.

Best choice for the areas where you would
