Before the first use, ensure the rest of the water system
and all electrical connections are secure.
1. Ensure a power supply of 12 V ± 0,5 V (medium setting for
the later operating range of 10 V to 14 V).
2. Place the pump into the water container and ensure that it
is totally submerged.
3. Open all water taps, then turn on the pressure switch and
herewith the water pump at the main switch.
Leave the taps open to let air escape while the water system
is filling.
4. Close the water taps. Let the pump run for another 3 to
5 minutes with the taps closed.

Slowly
turn the aligning screw (2) anticlockwise (–) until the
water pump stops (this may be up to 10 or 12 turns).
6. After the water pump has stopped, turn the aligning screw
anticlockwise another 5 turns.
The pressure switch is now aligned to the used system.
7. Open any water tap and the water pump should start auto-
matically again. After closing the water tap the water pump
should stop after approx. 10 to 15 sec.

This action may also be necessary when alterations are
made to the water supply or when the water pump is re-
placed. Before aligning the pump, set the aligning screw to full
clockwise (+) then proceed as described to align (from point 4).
