,  login  step  is  skipped.  The  privilege  level  after  login  in  this  way  is 

determined by the setting of 

Privilege Level After Login Skipped

Authentication 

If RTSP Authentication set to On, an user in the client side is asked to enter User ID and Password. 

If HTTP API Authentication set to ON, HTTP Authentication is asked for all clients which use HTTP 

API User ID and Password
