ASSEMBLY STEPS:
Step 6 Attach Upper Body Cardio Arms:
Step 7 Attach Pedal Tubes:
a) Install each upper arm with 4
M8 x 1.25 x 16mm bolts using a
6mm hex key.
Hardware Required (Bag 6):
a) Use 2 M10x80mm bolts and 2
M10 Nuts to attach Pedal Tubes.
Make sure that Pedal Tubes are
centered on the rollers on the
Crankshaft before tightening the
bolts.
Hardware Required (Bag 7):
b) Attach the Cardio Arm Covers
using 4 M5x8mm screws per side.
Hardware Required (Bag 6):
6 M3 x 12 Bolts
8 M5 x 8 Bolts
2 M10 x 80 mm bolts
2 M10 Nuts
*upper arms are labeled “L” for Left and “R” for Right.
4 M8 x 20 mm bolts
4 M5 x 8 mm
