DESIGN
• Designed using the highest quality

merchandiser that brilliantly displays
pre-packaged food and beverages.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
• Pump down system (sexpansion
valve).
• Designed to maintain cabinet temperatures
of 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for the best in
food preservation.
• Remote condensing unit supplied by
others. Consult factory technical service
department for BTU information.
CABINET CONSTRUCTION
• Exterior - durable and permanent non-peel
or chip white vinyl front and sides with
matching white aluminum back.
• Plexiglass front panel; durable and break
resistant.
• Interior - attractive, NSF approved, white
aluminum liner. 300 series stainless steel
fl oor and deck pans.
• Insulation- entire cabinet structure is
foamed-in-place using high density, CFC
free, polyurethane insulation.
• Welded, heavy duty galvanized frame rail
dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint for
corrosion protection inside and out.
• Frame rail fi tted with leg levelers.
• Illuminated exterior sign panel. Variety of
sign options available.

RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS
• TAC models are designed to operate in
an environment where temperature and
humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55%
relative humidity.
• Unit should not be installed near HVAC
vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt
the air curtain and compromise the
function of the cabinet. Unit should not be
installed in direct sunlight.
• Air curtain models will run most effi ciently
when completely loaded with product.
REMOTE CONDENSING UNIT
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Unit shipped with P.O.E. oil.
• Check pipe sizing chart prior to installation.
• Some adjustments may be required to unit.
• Install in accordance with all state and local
electrical and plumbing codes.
• Unit should be installed by a refrigeration
professional.
• Use ASHRAE recommended piping practices
for oil return to compressor.
• System should be evaluated to 200 microns
and hold 500 microns.
• Test controls per manufacturer’s
recommendation.
• Maximum suggested height for pipe run
should not exceed 15' (4.57 m).
• Use only refrigeration tubing (soft or hard
can be used).
