1. Assemble the Adjustment Disc to

the Axle with (4) Flat Head
Screws. Use blue Loctite #242 on
the threads of the screws.

2. Insert the axle into the frame

and install the Axle Cap.

3. Slide the Arm Assembly onto the

axle and install the retaining
collar.

4. Make sure arm can adjust easily

and verify that the pop pin fully
inserts into each adjustment
hole.

5. Assemble pads as shown.

6. Assemble the counter weight to

the arm.
