SIZING:
To choose the correct size for you, measure the circumference of your knee
2 in. /5 cm below the center of your knee cap. Please refer to the fit table below:

The knee brace should not be loose in any area. Make sure there are no
gaps between the product and leg and that the openings are snug.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand or machine wash in cold water only.
Machine wash in domestic (non-industrial) machine only. Only wash
with similar colors. Drip dry only. Never dry clean. Do NOT clean this
product with anything but mild soap or detergent and water. Never use
abrasive cleaners or pads, hot water, chemical cleaners (such as glass
cleaner), or any petroleum-based solvents (such as benzene or
gasoline); these may damage your protective gear and reduce its
protective ability.
EXPECTED LIFE:
The expected life for this protective gear is two years
from the date of purchase unless the product is damaged, in which
case it must be replaced. Keep product away from extreme heat and
extreme cold. Temperature extremes may damage the product and
reduce its protective ability as will improper product care.
