Switching the device on

1. Once you have completely installed the device as

described in the Start-up chapter, you can switch it on.

The device is switched on and runs at the set fan speed.

Setting the fan stage

Info

The indicator lights (10 and 11) are used to monitor the
condition of the pre-filter or H14 HEPA filter. The
respective indicator lights are illuminated once they
need to be replaced due to heavy soiling. Make sure
the filters are clean before switching the device on (see
"Maintenance intervals"). Checking the filters is most
accurate if the highest fan speed is selected. To check
the filters, switch the TAC ECO II to the 

max.

* At an air volume flow of more than 1000 m³/h the filter class
of the H14 HEPA standard filter will be reduced. All values are
approximate and may vary by up to ± 10 % due to the condition
of the filters or due to production.

Shutdown

Warning of electrical voltage

Do not touch the mains plug with wet or damp hands.

1. Press the 

on/off

 button (9) to switch the device off.

2. Remove the mains plug from the mains socket.
3. Clean the device according to the Maintenance chapter.
4. Store the device according to the Storage chapter.
