Switching the device on

Once you have completely installed the device as described in
the chapter Assembly and start-up, you can switch it on.

Info

The device will not be switched on until the room
temperature falls below the temperature set at the
room thermostat.
In standby mode, the device memorizes the room
temperature setting.

Setting the performance level

You can select the following power levels:

low power level

 (capacity of 1000 W)

medium power level

 (capacity of 1500 W)

high power level

 (capacity of 2500 W)

1. Press the

level.

The corresponding symbol (15, 16, 17) is illuminated.

Setting the desired room temperature

You can set the desired room temperature at any time during
operation.

1. Repeatedly press the 

increase value

 button (11) until the desired room temperature is

shown on the segment display (18).

An acoustic signal is emitted.

ð

The desired room temperature is displayed.

Info

The desired room temperature should be higher than
the current room temperature.

Setting the timer

The timer has the following modes of operation:

Automatic switch-on upon expiry of a preset number of
hours

Automatic switch-off upon expiry of a preset number of
hours

The number of hours can be between 1 and 12 and can be
adjusted in increments of 1 hour.

Note

The device must not be left unattended in a freely
accessible room with an activated timer.
