Having a problem? In most cases, there is a simple solution. Please review these
troubleshooting steps and contact us if you are experiencing issues. We’re happy to
walk you through some troubleshooting steps and send you a new device if necessary.

What To Expect
DURING TREATMENT
During your treatment, you may notice the light on your skin. Some users experience
a “pulsing” feeling, while others feel nothing at all. There is no “correct” feeling during
treatments. Each user experiences RejuvaliteMD differently.
AFTER TREATMENT
After treatments, your skin may feel drier than usual, which is completely normal.
If this is bothersome, simply apply a hydrating serum and/or moisturizer to diminish this effect.
OVER TIME
The average user will see results within 3 to 4 weeks of consistent usage. The key
to lasting results is consistently using the device a minimum of 5 times per week

PROBLEM
Not all lights are

Gooseneck arm is
loose
SOLUTION
The lights that appear to not be lit are infrared which do not
appear lit to the naked eye.
Ensure that the panel is securely clipped onto the gooseneck
arm by pressing both sides of the connector and “clicking”
the panel so it is secure. Also, make sure that the gooseneck
