Systems (TRONIAN™) will exchange
the product with a product that is new,
refurbished or is a functionally equivalent
product, if the product develops any
mechanical defects and a claim is filed
within the warranty period. The warranty
period starts from the date of retail
purchase and does not restart after a
warranty claim has been issued.
All products submitted for warranty
become the property of TRONIAN™.
The customer covers the shipping costs
for warranty support. If you have issues
with your product, send an email to
[email protected] and a customer service
representative will contact you as early
as possible to resolve the issue and find
the best solution.
