5. Installation and testing
1. Take out the machine from the packing and place it on the ground, then
connect the oil and pneumatic tubes.
2. Fill 10 liters of hydraulic oil into the oil tank
(hydraulic oil is not included in the scope of delivery)
3. Adjusting the scissor lift:
Turn on the power supply and press
the „UP“ button until the lift is raised
for about 10-20 cm. Then pr
ess the “DOWN” button. Redo it 4-5 times
and add the height of 10-20 cm each time. If the lift works as expected
you can use the lift for its intended use. Never place a vehicle on the lift
during the test run!
4. Working conditions:
- Ambient temperature between 5°C - 40°C
- Relative humidity between 30-95%
(non condensing!)
- Transportation and storage temperature shall be between -25°C
–
+55°C and short period, not exceeding 24 hours at up to +70°C.
- Installation altitude max 1000m
5. Disposal of the hydraulic oil according to the appropriate local
environmental regulations, only.
