Final Checks
Your cross trainer is now assembled. Please make the
following final checks before you use it for the first
time.
Make sure all screws / bolts are tightened.
Make sure you have positioned it on a flat, level
surface.
Ensure batteries (2 x AA) are installed in
computer. (Batteries not included)

Recheck
all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely
before using the machine
