CONSOLE FUNCTIONS
• The Trojan Stamina 320 Treadmill keeps the incline level if the power is
turned off or the safety key is pulled off.
PULSE GRIP:
Any time during the use of the Trojan Stamina 320 Treadmill, the heart rate can
be displayed by gripping the handgrip pulse sensors. Make sure both sensors are
properly gripped to get a accurate heart rate reading, otherwise the value displayed
will not be consistant.
CALORIE DISPLAY:
The calorie display shows the value of heat energy consumed during the workout. It
is a reference value only and may not be accurate.
BUILT-IN PROGRAMS:
There are 12 built-in training programs, P1 through to P12. The first 9 programs, from
P1 to P9, are programs with speed variations only and are suitable for beginners. The
last 3 programs, from P10 to P12, are for advanced users. These programs incude
both incline and speed variations. These programs are more difficult and they are not
recommended for beginners or children.
TO SELECT A PROGRAM:
• When the Trojan Stamina 320 Treadmill is not moving, press SET button to return
to ready mode and then press MODE button to choose one of 12 training modes, P1
through P12. Press START button to begin the selected training mode.
• The SPEED will show the speed of the proceeding program.
• The pre-set time for each program is 30 minutes with each segment being 1 minute.
Both incline and speed variants will occur once every minute. The user can also make
adjustments to the speed or incline if he or she wants.
HRC PROGRAM:
• Press ENTER button to choose HRC Program.
• Press SET button to set the age and use FAST/SLOW buttons to adjust for correct
age.
• Press SET button to set the weight and use FAST/SLOW buttons to adjust for
correct weight.
• Press SET button to set the target heart rate value. HRC 1 is 60% while HRC 2 is
80%. The proper value is adjustable depending on your personal physical condition.
If you are unsure, please consult your physician for the proper value.
Setting your target value too high could put your health at risk.
• Press START button to begin the workout.
• The program must have a heart a rate value to begin the program. The program
will automatically stop when there is no heart rate value. The program will confirm
after receiving the heart rate value and count down 3, 2, 1 before continuing with the
program.
Error code EO means that there is no safety key. Please put on the safety key.
