9. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – TROJAN PURSUIT 320
1. The consol is showing the incorrect reading.
• Check that the connector on the back of the consol is plugged in correctly.
• Check the batteries in the consol are inserted in the correct orientation and that they are in working condition
• Press the reset button to test if the error has corrected itself.
2. The functions are not working properly or display incorrectly.
• Check that the connector on the back of the consol is plugged in correctly.
• Press the reset button to test if the error has corrected itself.
3. There is no pulse reading or the data displayed is unstable.
• Check that there is a proper connection between your hands and the hand pulse connector (the hand pulse
sensors will not operate correctly if your skin is extremely dry. Moisten your hands and try again).
• Check that the connected wire is not broken.
• Reset and carefully follow the instructions in the manual.
Note
• Avoid moving your hands while exercising and hold the hand pulse sensors firmly while exercising. If you do move
your hands while exercising, give the computer a few seconds to resample and display your correct heart pulse
rate.
4. My LCD is dim
• Check if the unit is in direct sunlight. Move if necessary. If display does not improve, please contact 0861 876 526
5. Maintenance and cleaning.
• Use a clean, damp, soft rag to clean the surface.
• Use a mild detergent to clean the dirty spots.
• Do not use a steel brush or emery cloth to clean the surface.
• Immediately after exercise wipe off any sweat from the surface of the equipment. Perspiration contains salt which
could ruin the equipment.
