DECLINE BENCH PRESS
Adjust bench to a decline position.
Lift bar of the rest. Bring bar down
until it touches your chest. Return
the bar in a controlled manner to
the start position.

Adjust bench to a flat position.
Lift bar of the rest. Bring bar down
until it touches your chest. Return
the bar in a controlled manner to
the start position.
INCLINE BENCH PRESS
Adjust bench to an incline position.
Lift bar of the rest. Bring bar down
until it touches your chest. Return
the bar in a controlled manner to
the start position.
LYING LEG CURL
Lie on your stomach with your
ankles hooked under top roller
pads. Pull both heels towards your
buttocks. Return in a controlled
manner to the start position.
