MODE:

Pressing the MODE button selects a function.

Pressing and holding MODE for 2 seconds will reset all preselected
functions.

UP:

Press UP to increase the selected Time, Distance, Calories or Pulse. Holding
the button will increase the values more rapidly.

DOWN:

Press DOWN to decrease the selected Time, Distance, Calories or Pulse.
Holding the button will decrease the values more rapidly.

RESET:

Pressing RESET will reset each function - Time, Distance, Calorie or Pulse.
Holding RESET for 2 seconds will reset all function values.

RECOVERY:

Pressing the RECOVERY button will begin the Recovery Workout once your
preselected workout was completed.

BODY FAT:

Pressing BODY FAT will give a Body Fat measurement.*

*This is a reference to be used between exercises and should not be used for medical purposes.

SCAN:

Press the button until SCAN appears on the display. This function will rotate
between SPEED, RPM, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and BODY FAT.

SPEED:

Press the button until SPEED appears. The current speed reading will be
displayed.

RPM:

Press the button until RPM appears. This will display the amount of
rotations per minute. Note that RPM will switch between SPEED and RPM
every 6 seconds.
