ASSEMbLY STEPS
INSTRUCTIONS fOR ASSEMbLy
• Unpack the carton and using the parts list check that all parts are accounted for.
• Do not dispose of the packaging material until assembly is completed.
• Tools are provided for use in assembly.

STEP 1:
• Open the 5 Minute Shaper Plank, then insert the Pins (15) into the holes of the Front Main Frame (1)
at your desired height setting.
• Insert Foam A (5) on to either side of the Front Main Frame (01), then insert the two Round End
Caps (10).
• Slide the four Foam B’s (6) on the ends of the Front Main Frame (1).
Note: If it is difficult to slide on the foam, a little soapy water can be applied to the tube.
