IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized attachment plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety
feature. This plug will
fit
in a polarized outlet. Only one way, if the plug doesn’t
fit
fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still doesn’t
fit,
contact a quali

ed electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserts. Don’t attempt to defeat this safety feature, don’t alter the plug.
Please mount the unit on wall surface. This unit is used for recreational illumination for house.

HOW TO OPERATE:
Plug unit into AC power outlet.
Turn on the rocker switch on black light enclosure to lighten on.
Unplug the unit from AC power outlet for a long idleness.
