WARRANTY
TriTech Industries Inc., warrants all equipment referenced in this manual which is manufactured by
TriTech to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale to the original purchaser
for use. With the excep�on of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by TriTech , TriTech
will for a period of twenty four months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment
determined by TriTech to be defec�ve. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed,
operated and maintained in accordance with TriTech’s wri�en recommenda�ons.
This warranty does not cover, and TriTech shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any
malfunc�on, damage or wear caused by faulty installa�on, misapplica�on, abrasion, corrosion,
inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering or subs�tu�on of non-TriTech
component parts. Nor shall TriTech be liable for malfunc�on, damage or wear caused by the
incompa�bility of TriTech equipment with structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied
by TriTech, or the improper design, manufacture, installa�on, opera�on or maintenance of structures,
accessories, equipment or material not supplied by TriTech.
This warranty is condi�oned upon the prepaid return of the of the equipment claimed to be defec�ve to
TriTech or an authorized TriTech distributor/service center for verifica�on of the claimed defect. If the
claimed defect is verified, TriTech will repair or replace free of charge any defec�ve parts. If inspec�on of
the equipment does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a
reasonable charge, which charges may include the cost of parts, labor, and transporta�on.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TriTech’s sole obliga�on and buyer’s sole remedy for any breach of warranty shall be as set forth above.
The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequen�al
damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or an other incidental or consequen�al
loss) shall be available. Any ac�on for breach of warranty mush be brought within tow (2) year of the
date of sale.
TriTech MAKES NO WARRANTY, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN CONNECTION WITH ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS OR
COMPONENTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY TriTech. Those items sold, but not manufactured by
TriTech (such as electric motors, switches, hose, etc.), are subject to the warranty, if any , of their
manufacturer. TriTech will provide purchaser with reasonable assistance in making any claim for breach
of these warran�es.
In no event will TriTech be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequen�al damages resul�ng from
TriTech supplying equipment here-under, or the furnishing, performance, or use of any products or other
goods sold hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of TriTech, or
otherwise.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVERAGE
TriTech may provide extended warranty and wear warranty for products described in the “TriTech
Extended Warranty Program”.
