Fuel Types:

Auxiliary generators draw their fuel from the
main engine gasoline tank. The fuel pick-up
tube is shorter than the engine pick-up tube.
This prevents the vehicle fuel tank from being
completely emptied on site. Motorhomes
equipped with a diesel engine have a separate
fuel tank to provide gasoline for the generator.
