GENERAL INFORMATION
• If your Trinity has an attached spray system, NEVER run harsh chemicals, or
any chemical containing citric acid, through your pump. It is very hard on the
system and hoses. DOING SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY
• At the end of every work day, run clear water through your spray system to
ensure your pump, hoses and all parts stay clean and clear of dirt, debris, and
any left over chemical.
• If you notice your machine rattling or making any unusual noise, with the
machine on, run your hand down the handle and hold the machine where the
problem seems to be coming from. In the area you have pinpointed, check all
screws/bolts, bearings, ect. To be sure everything is tight and that nothing is
broken or missing. Also check the pad driver bearing to be sure there is no
black grease and that the bearing is tight in the O-Ring. If you are still unable
to determine the problem after reading all corresponding topics in this manual,
IMMEDIATELY send us a video (with sound) and the camera going
completely around the machine
so we can help determine the problem.
Email the video to [email protected]
REGULAR MAINTENANCE:
• To ensure the life of your machine, tighten nuts and bolts on a regular basis
(weekly if you use your machine daily) in the following areas: handle bolts,
wheel bearings, motor cover and your pad driver
• Keep your red pad driver bristles free of debris to ensure it holds pads well.
