OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Note: 

Please read the instructions in their entirety prior to operating the system. 

1.

 

Do not fill the tank with 55 gallons until the 

product in the sight gauge is below the red 

indication on the liquid level gauge sticker! 

 

Pre-transfer setup: Sight gauge on the container 

(hydraulic oil in this example) indicates 10 gallons 

or less.  (this will be highlighted by the yellow on 

the gauge sticker.) 

 

Now it is safe to fill the tank.  

 

 

2.

 

Place the full drum of new product next to system. 

 

 

3.

 

Insert suction tube into the full drum of product to 

be transferred.  

Please ensure to use the proper 

suction tube that is color coded to the proper tank 

system as the suction line is already connected to 

the pump side of the proper color pump as well.

 

 

 

 

      Never leave a tank system unattended when filling
